Kennel Assistant

Description

We are looking for a caring, reliable and responsible person to help us look after the rescued dogs in our care.

Main duties will be to maintain the high standard of care and cleanliness in the kennels as well as exercising, grooming and looking after the visitors who come to look at our dogs.

The successful applicant will need to be self motivated. . enthusiastic, confident to be able to work alone but also alongside volunteers and other members of the kennel team.

Previous experience working with dogs would an advantage but a genuine love of dogs is a must.

Good attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are essential. Must have access to transport due to location. You will be working in a non smoking environment.
