Animal Home Manager

We are looking for the right person to be responsible for the overall management of York Animal Home. This is a live in position with a two bedroom flat available, on site, free of rent but not utilities. Overview of the role:- * Required to manage a team of 18 staff members. * Responsible for the welfare of the animals in the Branch’s care. * Maintain the premises and equipment, so they comply with all current Health and Safety Legislation. * Responsible for ensuring that all records are properly kept and you must be IT Literate. * Ensure that 24 hour cover is maintained at the Animal Home by effective rostering of staff. * Animal Centre management experience is highly desirable. The Animal Centre Manager will be responsible to the Branch Manager, Angela Hunter, from whom an application form and more information can be requested.
