It does not stop there, at 3-months of age the new puppy owner will receive a complementary sample of Training Bits, a personalised letter, as well as a £2.50 off voucher for Nutro Puppy Food. Further vouchers and are received at 6-months along with a Puppy Care Newsletter, and at 9-months. As the puppy enters adulthood at 12-months of age he receives more vouchers and information on Nutro Adult foods, and an edible birthday card!
In the final year of the scheme, puppy owners receive contact by letter at 18 months (again with a voucher) and at 2 years with a second edible birthday card and one last voucher. During all communications the company’s freephone number is given and owners are encourage to refer to the Nutro website for information, advice and to search by postcode for a local stockist.
